1. What TimorStore Is

TimorStore is an online marketplace platform that connects independent buyers, sellers, and delivery couriers across Timor-Leste.

TimorStore does not manufacture, own, or sell the products listed on the platform. Each product is listed and sold by an independent seller, and each delivery is carried out by an independent courier.

By using TimorStore, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Konta

4. Métodu Pagamentu no Taxa

TimorStore currently supports two ways to pay.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Buyer selu diretamente ba courier ka seller bainhira simu ona produtu.

Buyer selu:

• Presu produtu.
• Taxa entrega fixa USD $1.00.

TimorStore does not receive or hold this money.

Transferénsia Banku

The buyer transfers the full amount to TimorStore's bank account before the product ships.

• Taxa servisu plataforma 2%.
• Taxa entrega USD $1.00.

TimorStore holds this money and pays the seller once delivery is confirmed.

5. Entrega

Estimated delivery time is set by the seller, and TimorStore doesn't guarantee it will be met.

7. Disputa

Karik:

• Produtu estraga.
• Produtu sala.
• Produtu la to'o.

Buyer bele loke disputa.

For Bank Transfer orders, a buyer's claim that they've sent payment is verified directly by an administrator against TimorStore's actual bank statement, not by the seller.

8. Atividade Proibida

You may not use TimorStore to:

• Lista produtu ilegal.
• Lista produtu falsu.
• Lista produtu na'ok.
• Lista produtu ne'ebé perigozu.
• Halo review ka rating falsu.
• Manipula rating utilizador seluk nian.
• Submete prova pagamentu falsu.
• Uza resibu ne'ebé reutiliza.
• Submete dokumentu identidade ka prova entrega falsu.
• Asedia, ameasa, ka diskrimina utilizador seluk.

TimorStore may:

Where reasonably possible, TimorStore will explain why this action was taken.

10. TimorStore's Role & Limitation of Liability

TimorStore is an intermediary between buyers, sellers, and couriers.

TimorStore is not the seller of any product listed on the platform.

TimorStore does not manufacture, inspect, or guarantee the products sold by independent sellers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimorStore is not liable for:

• Kualidade produtu.

• Legalidade produtu.

TimorStore's liability is limited to the dispute-resolution process described in this document.

11. Mudansa ba Termu no Kondisaun

TimorStore may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
